Grapevine - Procanico
Chiesina di Lacona
Ripening period
End of August
Procanico is a very particular native vine. Strong and vigorous on these grounds, it enjoys a sublime view and lets itself be caressed by the sea wind. The leaves show small bubbles; the grains, during ripening, take on pinkish colors. Chiesina di Lacona combines Procanico with Vermentino and Viognier to make a wine that everyone loves, perfumed and to be drinked fresh. Perfect for an aperitif and paired with island's good fish
