
Il Felciaione

The Farm Il Felciaione was founded in the year 2014 when Valentina and her husband Luca decided to create a project that would enhance the territory, working in an organic system.
We are in Tuscany, near the ancient village of Suvereto.
A great passion for the research of ancient and modern grains led to the the growing of cereals in many plots of land .
Luca and Valentina are modern farmers with a clear business project in mind. With the objective to return to tradition, they bought a stone mill in 2015. They started grinding their own crop to get then to the final products known under the name Pietra del Cornia.
Thanks to the stone milling, flours are rich in wheat germ and fiber, suitable for a healthy diet. Today they grow various types of soft and hard, ancient and modern grains: Khorasan, Farro, Grano Saraceno, Senatore Cappelli, Timilia, and Verna.
